    Grand Canyon

One of the most special wonders of the world, up at over 7,000 feet in elevation. I visited it again recently. Not my first time there, but still leaves me in awe every time.

The largest and deepest canyon known to man (on land, anyway), and breathtaking scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset. Really makes you feel the grandeur and awesomeness of Mother Nature.

    Hope you enjoy the pics.

    Sunset.

    Early morning.

Sure gets cold up at over 7,000 feet!

    Late morning.

    Mid-day on the rim.

    Snow covered.

    Colorado river.

    The trail, a mile down.

    Long shadows at sunset.

First, its huge , it take more than day light hours to go around, every time I have drive by Williams on I40, I aways visit the CYN.

Glad to hear it, my friend. I only visited the South Rim this time around. When was the last time you visited?

Thank you for your kind words, my friend. I know exactly what you mean. It was almost therapeutic peering down into the canyon. I felt as if I could just stand there forever.
