How to take blurry photos as eBay expert

I am wondering if anyone knows the art of taking blurry photos just like I see very often on eBay. Specially when its a good deal.
I tried taking blurred photos but they are not as blurred as some experts post on ebay.

This is a skill that doesn't come easy, you can only take crappy blurry photos after years of practice. You might want to start with something easier like misspelling the name of the item you're selling to deter those annoying buyers from finding and purchasing your stuff :)

^ agree. It takes years of practice and knowing your camera and lens like the back of your hand. Of course, no question that you have to go full manual on all the settings.

Would be appropriate if you posted an example followed by you current results...

low light + slow shutter speed + the lack of self-respect = THE perfect shot for a blurry photo

It's not a focus thing. A thin layer of Crisco on the lens.

Come on guys. It's 2016. No need for the fancy pants camera work.

    Filter > blur.

    EDIT:

I call this the "My [insert elusively wealthy family member] gave me this watch. Is it real?" filter.

And, so, I'd like to know what it's worth. Not that I would ever sell it, but just, you know, kinda like to know.
