I love watches and I love photography..

so combining the two is even better! As a new member I just discovered this forum. So I could not resist posting some photos. PLease let me know what you think! Unfortunately I do not have a mini-studio yet, so I have to take photos with some primitive tools, such as a plastic box.
    Thanks for looking.
    Peter

    Camera + Lens

    Hello Myles,
Thanks. I use a Nikon D200 and Nikon 105mm 2.8 VR lens. For quick shots I use my wife's Panasonic TZ5. I used that camera for the shot of the IWC Doppel Chronograph.
    Regards, Peter

There is a button "new thread" at the thread overview page>

However, you could also include photos in a reply. Just look for the "insert image" icon above the text you are typing OR use the "manage attachments" (towards the bottom of the reply) for uploading images.

The insert image requires you to upload your photos to a website first. Then the only thing you do, is type (or copy/paste) the link and you should see the photo immediately. If, you probably mistyped the link or used http:// twice or not at all.

    All the best,

    Peter

A fellow Nikon man... good work

I might have to think about that 105mm Macro. I currently have a Tamron 90mm Macro that is ok (got it for free), but the Nikon glass is so much nicer.

    Keep them coming
