    Indy -

EDITED - site says BB code and [img] code works, but it doesn't seem to :S

Thanks for the kind comments all!

Pics were taken with a Canon 40D + 400mm 5.6L, except for the shot of Doviziosos bike in the pit garage - that was taken with the 40D + 70-200mm 2.8L. On Thursday before the race they let ticket holders do a pit walk, otherwise I would have no access to the pits (only the paid pro photogs get access to the good areas like that).

Cool! But where is No.46 the "Doctor" Rossi, the race winner?

You are right, he did win both the race at Laguna and at Indy :) Plus he's one of my favorite riders. Unfortunately I did not get many pics of him that I liked, but here are a few that I just did a couple quick edits on. I can't recall, I might have posted variations of a couple of these on TZ, but I made them a bit smaller so they fit better on this site.

I wanted to get some good side shots of him going down the straight at Indy, but none really came out to my liking. Maybe next year.

Sticking one of many passes he put on Stoner during the race -
