    My attempt at watch photography...

    This is my daily watch - Nixon 'The Murf'. I usually take photos of models (scale model cars that is), but thought I'd try some watch photography.

    Please let me know your thoughts...

    The bottom half of the watch looks odd to me. The left side has the gray bezel type area and around the 1.5 mark it' turns black. Is that the watch or is that a reflection of something?

    Other than that question I think the shot is good.

    I think the dial is rotating to show the time. It is showing 1:37 when it was shot.

    Looks like a main low soft light on camera right and a card close on the left, hence the highlight. Could be soft light on left too.

    This "Murph" thinks your shot of your "murf" looks pretty cool.....what did you shoot it with?
