Skyscrapers a night - always fun to shoot, especially if they are lit up like in Hong Kong. This is in Central, the prominent buildings are:
- One and Two Exchange Square.
- The Center.
- The complete IFC complex: 1IFC (barely visible), 2 IFC and the Four Seasons Hotel.
Lower left, in front of the buildings, is the new reclaimed area with ongoing construction, working nearly 24/7. Lower right are the new Central Piers.
Shot with a 60mm prime lens from the HKCEC promenade in Wanchai - a great photo location, but unknown to most. See where this picture was taken.
The next is is a detail of 2IFC - the "teeth" on top. Anybody remember the Batman movie? Shot from the same location as above, but with an 80-400mm zoom lens at 340mm.
(Nikon D100, AF-D VR Zoom Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6, 340mm, 4sec at f/16, VR switched off, "Tungsten" white balance setting)
