    Photo of my new watch

Shot this photo of my new Tissot Seastar 660. Was very proud of it the first day I got it, but not a couple of days later when I took it snorkeling. The watch leaked. See my post in the Tissot forum to see why I won't buy another. Ever. In the mean time I will keep shooting photos of my watches and participating here. Cool stuff here, guys!

Thanks! Sadly, there was no demise. If that were the case, I'd have a replacement watch. Since it's able to be fixed, I'm stuck waiting for it till they can get backordered parts, then they have to reassemble it, test it, and ship it back. I could see that if I'd had the watch a year or two, esp. if it was a much more expensive watch, but this isn't a really expensive watch (retails around $500). I should have been given a replacement by the dealer or the company. Make me happy and as a consumer you should know I'll keep buying from you.

There are a lot of brands (not just in watches, in everything) that I buy from loyally. Those brands have provided solid product and more importantly good customer service. I'm ALWAYS happier to pay more for a product with better service.

Great-looking watch, not so great saga. They should have just sent you a new watch and been done with it, imo.
