    Poloroid Macro Filters *IMAGE HEAVY*

I've been on the look out for a new macro lens and after some searching around I wasn't prepared to fork out £300 on the macro lens I wanted (most likely the 100mm canon)
So I started looking at filters and bought a set of poloroid filters for my canon 40mm fixed lens and I must say I'm quite impressed with the results.

I apologise in advance I never cleaned my watch so you may see dust particles or fingerprint marks. These are the result of 10mins of playing around with the filters. There's 4 filters +10 +4 +2 +1. All the images below are all 4 filters combined.

Nice macro images. Close up lenses work well on lenses for macro work. I don't own a macro lens I use the Nikon 4t and 6t close up on certain lenses. What camera and lens did you use these with?

Sorry for the late reply - I used a canon 100d and sigma 17-50mm f2.8 lens.
