    Only effect, but "in camera": Deliberate underexposure iirc.

    What a great shot!

    Here's a couple I took last week on Lake Michigan. I just wish I could learn to level the *&#* tripod when shooting these!

    Your's are not that much tilted - or is that "postprocessing"? To level the cam on the tripod, try this spirit level:
