34mm French-made Dollar with its 15j Cupillard (FE) 233-60.
Mikrolisk has a registration date of 1939 (in Paris) by Algiers-based Etablissements S. Marquis Verrier et Moulin, so whenever today’s effort was made, and assuming it’s the same brand, it’s likely to have been prior to Algerian independence in 1962.
Today, I'm wearing a Westclox 17-jewel automatic. It's got some brassing on the lugs, but it cleaned up nicely otherwise.

Another, and perhaps not entirely successful, attempt by Croydon’s finest, well, only, watchmakers to jazz up their rather drab 1950s range with the bezel and dial of this Crescent model.
You’ll guess that it wasn’t exactly bought for its chronometer capabilities but after a COA, its in-house cal. 10.5’’’ ran without visible deviation over a 24-hour test which is good enough for me.
