    1877 P. S. Bartlett

I was at a little antique show and sale over the weekend and a hunting case Waltham caught my eye. The dealer was asking 50 but I talked him down to 40. I didn't look inside till I got home and was a little surprised.

I know the dealer said he didn't know much about watches but didn't expect him not to know a 18k mark

We are lucky he did not understand hallmarking. It is likely the case would have gone to melt... alas.

    Nice pickup!

You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter
