Like most services it will depend on where you live $100 to $250 plus parts is a good range in the US. Get several estimates some watchmakers don't like working on older watches and price accordingly. I know two watchmakers, one the price for a service is the same, new or vintage, the other charges $50 more for vintage.

This watch runs about 60 seconds slow per 24 hours, within normal limmits or need service?

If it runs consistently 60 slow, just get it regulated. If it is inconstant in its performance, get it serviced.

seller said recently, but I guess no one know. I send this watch to a young watchmaker who charge reasonably (basic $50), I was told the main spring ($15) also needs to replace. I will post follow up when I get my watch back.
