    1969 Caravelle question

I have an automatic Caravelle Day-Date model from 1969 (date code m9).
It has the quickset date where you push the crown to change the date.
Is there a way to quickset the day as well?

    Thanks for any info.

Probably not. The day is set by setting the time forward (or backward). This watch may have a movement based on the AS 1916 (AS = A. Schild)

It is for just this reason I find day/date watches are more likely to end up on a winder...
"Forever is composed of nows." - Emily Dickinson

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!
