19th Century Antique Alpina 18k Fine Ladies Watch Need Information

Hi everyone i just acquired this lovely old Alpina watch and was wondering if anyone could tell me how much a watch like this would cost? ( aside from the obvious melt value )
I don't know much about it other than this.

It Was sold in Joh. zweifel Uhren bijouterie Buchs Switzerland. As seen on the Box

has the Gold hallmark, 18 carat gold the head of Helvetia, the female national personification of Switzerland on the case. 18k Gold case

151110 Stamped on the back of the case

the straps say "PLAQUE.L 20 PM microns swiss". Meaning it is gold plated

Any alpina Experts in these forums?
I'm Looking for any information Thank you everyone ! :)

No evaluations here, just impossible to tell with pictures. Also, you say 19th century? well that I doubt very much.
Hopefully someone can help you more. Also, a movement picture would help dating it.

19th Century, looks more like late 40's, 20th Century.

Seems to be an Alpina specific movement rather than a generic ebauche.....
