    American PW ?

    Hello ,

    Can you please help me to identify the producer of this PW ? I think it is an American producer , the case is marked : Philadelphia watch case CO.

    Sorry for the image quality of the photos , but there are the only ones that I have.

    It looks like a quality watch, whatever it is. What makes you think it's American?

    @Shangas : I think is a american PW due to the case ( Philadelphia watch case Co Philadelphia Watch Case Co. ) and the regulator ins marked with F and S not with A and R .

    The dial looks like "B.J. Co." or something like that. Is there nothing else engraved on the movement?

    Illinois 16 size Getty Model

    I'm thinking it's a grade 184, but a serial number would confirm that.

    The dial is a private label, and higher than usual quality for this grade watch. Even though it doesn't say "Illinois" it none the less has Illinois written all over it.

    Ben is entirely correct...this is an Illinois. I own several of these...they're always of excellent quality! A nice watch.
