    Another braceleted vintage arrived today...

    The seller's photos were poor and didn't show the dial spotting you see below, but I picked this one up pretty cheap. Not sure if I'll keep it or not. The bracelet's in very nice shape so maybe I'll keep it for use with a more suitable "partner."

    I bet that is a pretty comfy bracelet.
    The dial isn't too bad, I like the seconds hand.

    Glad you asked! I was curious myself so today I opened it up and took a few more photos. The 558 movement was made in 1944 and works very nicely. (BTW, while taking these photos the postman delivered yet another watch (third day in a row!) - - a 1948 Lord Elgin - - that I'll post here shortly.)
