Antique Railroad Gold Pocket Watch Help Identiy Maker?

    Hello!
I have an antique pocket watch that doesn't have a maker brand on it.
The second hand is at the 6-o-clock position. Inside the watch it does have
an engraved name, I believe it is Ningnrn? Don't know for sure. What
do you think? Who do you think is the maker of this watch. The name engraved
I believe is the person who put the watch together.

Thanks for any help with identifying this pocket watch.

Looks like a Swiss fake to me.

Do you have more close-ups of the brand?

Quite apart from anything else, the dial shows that the small seconds is at 6:00. Which means that the watch ought to be a savonette ("hunter") watch and ought to have a lid on the front. Where did that go?!

Why do you think it is a Railroad watch!

It does not look like it had a front cover. Strange.

No way it's an Elgin. Look at the hairspring stud.

    I'm 99.9% sure it's a Swiss fake.

Sorry, I was looking at the watch the wrong way. Yes, the seconds is at the 6:00 time. Do you still think the brand is
Savonette? This pocket watch was passed down from at least 6 generations.

I think that says 'Niagara' which, according to this site, is related to Hafis Watch co.

Hello! Here are a few more photos of this antique pocket watch. It's hard to get good detailed photos because of the gold glare. What do you think?
