    Antique Staking cabinet?

    Hey all,
I made it through the password reset fiasco! I picked this up today, and just wanted to confirm, since I don't purchase many watch repair items. And I apologize for the terrible photo, I took it in my car. But this is a staking cabinet, or some type of repair cabinet?? Drawers open on both sides, the side drawer lids have a lip. And I don't have any idea what the little chrome cylinder on the side is for, has a little keyhole opening, and the inside is spring loaded. Thanks for any info in advance.
