We don't give valuations here, please read our sticky notes for reasons why.
Looks to me like it might be from the 1940s. It's a fairly modern looking pocket watch movement.
    Here's some information on Perseo.

Read some of the other posts on this general topic then give the suggested information...
"Forever is composed of nows." - Emily Dickinson

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!

Merged these threads as I assume it's the same watch.

    Re: perseo watch?

Movement is an Unitas calibre, probably 6498 (the standard one still being used in droves for hand wound wrist watches with small second at 6:00) or something related. Compare:

The Incabloc shock proofing is very modern - I'd even say fifties or later (rather than forties).

I know that Perseo was the official watch manufacture for the italian railway. I've been looking for a good "Ferrovia" watch to replace the one I lost. I was given one by my grandfather as he was a railway worker but I don't have it anymore. Please contact me [email protected] if you still have the watch and want to talk about it more.

    Thanks!
