    I have no idea what kind of watch it is, but I'm pretty sure it is based on a valjoux 7734 movement.

    Looks like a football (referee's) watch. The minute counter goes to 45 with the last five marked in red to warn the ref that i's coming up to time to blow the whistle.

    Sorry, have to pass (and it isn't even in mikrolisk"). Maybe others can help out but it may just be another small, private label company from around that time.
