    Looks like an old Mickey Mouse LCD watch from the 70's or 80's. Perhaps a picture of the electronic movement and/or a powered LCD display might be of some further help here.

    This is all I have to go on there is alittle square where his shorts are when pulled down the ears move side to side.
    we can't get one of the screws out and don't want to force it incase it's broken even more so can't change battery to try and power.
    I know it's not much to go on.
