    Anyone ever seen this Bulova?

I've been looking for this one for several years now without a trace: anyone ever seen one in the wild?

    Hi -

The upper turns the minute/seconds internal bezel, the lower one turns the hours (or vice versa: I've never seen on live), the middle one is the usual winding/time setting.

I've contemplated as well the utility of the dual bezels: I can only come up with navigation tasks (as in "fly at 220° for 3h and 22 min"), and it is unusual to have both, even more so to have both under glass. If you see the Enicar OPS I have coming in, having the bezel under glass is pretty neat, and I have several Russian chronographs that work that way as well (Journey, vintage and new Shturmanskie). It's a nice feature...

...but like I said, I've never found one of these out in the wild anywhere. It is in Shugart, though...
