Is anyone familiar with this Leeds Meda?

    Hi everyone.
I recently found this little watch in an auction site and was wondering if you guys had any info on the maker? It appears to be swiss.

According to Mikrolisk - was Feines für die Tasche... - Das Informationsportal rund um die Taschenuhr!, Meda with that particular lettering was a subbrand of MST (Meyer & Stüdeli, aka Roamer). This would suggest that it has an MST movement inside. It is certainly from the forties or early fifties.

    Thank you, Hartmut.
This is the first reference Ive seen for this brand in particular. I really liked it, so I might pull the trigger on it.

Harmut is correct, this is the later logo for Meda. It will doubtless have a pin lever movement inside which will probably be marked Meda and Medana Watch Co. I suspect that this is a redial. The Leeds part is new to me.

and the movement will likely be something like this
