Can't really tell the maker. But for me a pin lever at $100 I'd pass.

Sicura are the ones who bailed out Breitling. Which still makes this far from something like a Breitling! I agree with yugioh1776 - with a pin lever movement and no other redeeming features, this is never worth even half that cash.

Actually, that's not a bad price IF (and ONLY IF) it was actually serviced by someone who knows what they're doing. It's a nice looking piece, and the fact that it's a simple pin-lever doesn't mean that it isn't a decent watch. A decent service is worth at least $50 of that price, so if you like it and it's running fine (and again, if you can trust that it was actually serviced) then go for it.

For what it's worth, the movement is something from the Bettlach (EB) Cal. 8810 family:

Try searching for watches with that movement and see what they go for in excellent condition and you get a fair idea of the value.

I have a Sicura Chrono-computer, this has a Bettlach movement and I have seen these fetch high prices, over £250.

Sicura have an eclectic following of collectors which drive their prices way over the norm. Not really sure you can use that as an example of what this watch would be worth.

In addition, this one has no chronograph (or chronostop) functions at all and is just an ordinary three hand watch so I very much doubt that it's worth that much. At least not to those who aren't blinded by the Breitling-Sicura connection.....
