    Berman Watch Co.??

Anyone here of them? I picked up a little ladies watch with original 10k plate bezel and bracelet. Balance looks good but has problem with not wanting to wind. I'm not home, so I can't check in to it further right now. Worth messing with??
    Thanks, Bobby

It's a US imported movement from between 1938 and 1969. Incabloc on a ladies movement probably means 50's or 60's. Berman Watch Co. was the importer. Normally, that means they're a US registered company often set up specifically for the import of movements. Ranfft's lists BOM as importers of Marc Nicolet and Juvenia as well. "Darlin" doesn't give any quick trademark hits.

By and large, there's no real market for these; they're too small even for ladies, these days, and the size makes them difficult to service.

Well, the movement is some sort of Fontainemelon Cal. FHF 60 derivative:

...which should be common enough that you should be able to repair it with spare parts if you mess with it and mess it up.
