Best flea market ever (for me)

The local flea market is notoriously weak and I don't go often. This morning was the last one for the year and I thought I might have a look. All I managed to find were quartz fashion watches (the usual). My spouse found the hidden basket at a little old lady table. Normally I would have considered the Timex to be the score for the day (did I mention that it was weak at the flea market) so I was elated with the other two.

This one cleaned up ok , sadly it's not running terribly well.
I'm not going to complain however , a clean Valjoux 7734 (that will run) for $2 isn't bad in my book.

Nice catch. Not sure about the pink hands on it personally, but the rest looks great. How does it look on the inside?

I'm still not sure about the pink hands either , if they're original so be it , if not polished would look better. The wife mentioned it as well . If some one told me I'd be wearing a watch with pink hands I'd laugh pretty hard. I'll see about a picture of the inside later today.

Not the flashiest looking movement , but handsome none the less.
Don't mind the cat hair. I did remove it before closing the watch.

After a quick clean and a new strap its not too bad. A new crown and a proper cleaning are in order. I am hesitant about cleaning the dial as I am quite certain it'll be radium. I think I'll leave the patina alone.

They do clean up well. They're still going to have to be serviced though.
