    Bulova movement/case compatibility

Can anyone tell me if a Bulova 10BPAC will fit into a 10BCC case? My guess is no due to the BPAC being too thick but I'm not sure. Ta

    No, nearly two mm. thicker...
...unless you measure the depth of the case and you have 6mm. or so to play around with!

Edit-and I'm not an expert, just have excellent resources and other shoulders to stand on!

Thanks for your reply - would the shape of the back make a difference? I could post pictures but I don't have the case in my hands.

It will need room for the rotor to turn, and sometimes the pivot is raised above the rotor a little and sometimes flush with the rotor. This can make the difference, see the two examples here.

Got it! OK this was very helpful - I have bought off eBay two 10BPAC movements (one working, one not) with identical sun-ray dials and also a complete 10BPAC case and non-working movement. My intention is, with some jiggery-pokery, to end up with a fully working watch with the best sun-ray dial.
