    Buying vintage gold watch (<£1,500)

    Hi there chaps,

I'm looking to acquire a gold vintage watch (the ideal would be patek philippe calatrava)

What's your thoughts, is it worth looking at this price point?

The idea is for a more dress watch, it's not likely to be worn every day but to 1-2 a week at most.

    Thanks!

You will talking a lot more then that for a PP, I have seen one and it was £5000, and thats the cheapest I have seen.

Absolutely, I meant that would be my ideal so that you get an idea of the sort of watch to recommend.
