The movement serial number dates it to 1914. The black dial might suggest war use but since there is no lume on dial or hands, I somehow doubt it. Looks like the spring to help the fine regulation on the balance cock is bust. As for whether it is gold or not, we would have to see the inside of the outer back cover to tell - that's where the hallmark should be. If you give me an exact measurement of the visible part of the movement, I'll tell you the calibre designation.

I found this number 27541 + ..as you can see in the pictures. I don't know exactly what to measure...eg: from the 1-st pictures to measure how long is the tongue for the minutes and hours ?...

The number is probably the case serial number. The movement serial number (1627441) gives a more accurate indication of age. If the watch is gold, it will have something like "18K" or "0,750" (for 18 carat gold) or "14K" or "0,585" (14k gold) or "0,375" (9k gold). As for the diameter, I am talking about the "works" or "engine" with the diameter being measured from just outside the movement serial number to the same rim on the other side across the centre. I would expect it to be something like 41mm.

The "27541" is a patent number; the patent is for the fine regulator (Espacenet - Original document). The patent was registered in 1904 to Hermann Roost from St. Imier

It could be that there was a gold case for it but it was exchanged for a cheaper one.
