Can someone please identfy this watch? Help needed!

    Hi there,

Yesterday I was at a 2nd hand fair here in Denmark and stumpled over this watch. Never heard about it - but bought anyway, as I liked it.

When I came home I started searching for online references, but found absolutely nothing. A search on this forum dindn't reveal anything as well.

On the dial: Lewis - 17 Jewels - Incabloc - Swiss Made.
On the back plate: Swiss Made -Stainless steel - Schockresistant - Antimagnetic - 740 014

The watch is very good quality and runs perfectly.

Can someone please identfy this watch? Age? Info?

    Kind regards,
    Bjoern

(Ps. The crown is out on the photos)

Sorry, no idea.. but really neat to see my surname on a watch..

A pic of the movement would help identify it more..

    Cheers

Occasionally I have been able to unscrew those types of casebacks with a rubber gardening or dishwashing glove.. most likely you will need a caseback tool..

Are you in the military? Saw your avatar. .

Hmmm.... I guess I need a casback tool... Unless there are other ways to get this opened (Will try the dishwasher glove)?

No longer serving. Served in the Danish Army 1998-2008.

The movement is by Unitas (probably something from the Cal. 6325 family):

    Thanks Hartmut!

So this is a (so far) unknown brand, using a Unitas movement. What other watches use this movement?

    Kind regards,

    Bjoern

I wonder if this is from the 70s.. in New Zealand, watchmakers bought in parts and used their own named dials to assemble watches to avoid import taxes.. maybe something similar in Denmark?
