Can someone tell me what model and how old this watch is?

Hi there, this is my first post on the forum so I have no idea if this is the right section or not, if not just tell me and I'll learn something.

Irecently got this watch from my grandma, it was my grandfathers.
According to my dad and grandmother he bought it around 1930-1940 here in Norway.
It's mechanical and I have to rewind it every day(I have done so for the 5 weeks I've had it now, it works like a charm)
I know the brand is Lemania, it's swiss made, water proof and Anti magnetic.

I would really like to confirm when this was made so that if it really is as old as it's said to be I can be even more proud of it.

    Here is a picture:

    Thanks in advance.

Lemania was predominantly a movement manufacture but they branded their own watches during the 1950s, and yours has the appearance of a timepiece from that period. Last I heard they were absorbed into Breguet to be their in-house movement supplier. Are you able to open up the case for pictures of the movement and case markings? BTW, nice to hear from a vintage enthusiast from Norway...I plan to visit in March for the Birkebeinerrennet!

The Birkebeiner is something special indeed.

This watch makes me want to collect these things, I love it.
I'm not sure about opening the case really. Never done it before and I don't want to ruin anything.
But if I know myself right, if I start collecting these things I'll most likely open one of them up to check it out ;)

On another note, I have another one of these ones, It's basicly the same only the numbers are printed instead an actual "jewel"
It also look a bit newer.

I carefully assume this is the L-3000 manual wind small seconds caliber or similar variant, from the early 50s.
The dial is original and in great shape. ENJOY!

    Another update:
I'm at my dad's house and found the other watches.
There is another mechanical Lemania watch, two Q&Q and one Mustang watch, they all seem electrical and I don't know if they were my grandfather's or grandmother's.(I can ask her tomorrow)

I will try to get pictures up, but can't promise anything before Sunday night since I have no access to lightroom om my current computer.

    Soppe,

It's good to start an interest in vintage watches when they sort of find you!

I hope you can find a good, local watchmaker to give the Lemanias a round of service, getting them cleaned and lubricated properly can ensure that they will keep on ticking away happily. While I don't know about Mustang, Q&Q is a brand owned by Citizen; at my local mall they sell for $20 each, two for $30, so it is not an expensive high-end brand. But they are decent, honest watches that work very well indeed.

I have another question, is there anything special things to remember when taking of the back piece off?
I want to open up the back and snap a picture of the internal parts(Is this the parts called "movement").

The pack part look like it is some sort of cap screwed in with a wrench, I'll take more pictures of it sooner or later(The Lemania)
