    Caravelle diver

Anyone know the model of this Caravelle diver and approximate year of production? It's unusual to see the date window at 6 o'clock based on a cursory Google search. Almost certain it is a manual wind. It is also likely a post 1972 model as the term "water resistant" is used instead of "waterproof."

    Thanks all

Edit: I am having trouble attaching photos. Not sure if it's my machine or WUS. Trying again.

The piccie thingie is a problem with WUS, not you or your computer, I'm afraid. Please retry at intervals and it should work eventually.

Unusual also to see the diver style without luminous hands of markers.

If you look closely, you'll see that the hands and markers are lumed.

Here it is. N1 (1971). It is a handsome watch, but it is not all SS, so there is quite a bit of wear. It ticks, but hour and minute hands are stuck. I am going to have the cannon pinion issue addressed and hopefully replace crown with a NOS crown. I’ll probably leave it at that. Do you think bracelet is original to the watch?

Based on what I can see from the photos, the end-links look quite a bit too narrow, possibly by 2mm.
