    Chronograph pusher thread problem

I am working on a vintage chronograph that uses the 2.5mm threaded pushers. The treads in the stainless case are messed up and need to be cleaned out and retapped. Does anyone know where I can find a tap for these fine threads? Thanks, Craig

Hi Craig. Do you have any local tool & die manufacturers? Or maybe an eye glass place - not the retail store, but the plant that grinds & repairs the bits they use.

Just googled 2.5mm tap and came up with a bunch, but you'll need to determine the thread.
Doesn't look like Jules Borel has that size, but you might telephone them to be sure.
