Clearing through old things - Avia 17J Incabloc

Has anybody got information about this watch? Picked it up years ago. Manual wind - still ticking away after being left in a drawer. Like the large uncluttered dial on it too! ;)

Data... we need data. This pic shows a Bauhaus-style watch. Could be from the 50's to the present. Most likely from the 60s. Caseback might be interesting... movement pic certainly would be interesting...

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!

It's says avia watch 217441 'Swiss made' on the case back. As for taking the back off..I'm not sure..it's not got any visible openings..
