The only reference I have to Ditis is here, which confirms your watch's origin (the exact lettering is the same):

...and scroll down to "GRAND PRIX/Ditis/Paris 1900". Paul Ditisheim started up in 1892 in La Chaux de Fonds and set a chronometer world record (at the time) at Kew Observatory in 1912. As I stated, Ditis was rather less well known and therefore probably also scarcer than the other brands, "Solvil" & "Titus". If you do a search on this forum, you can see some Titus chronographs and other watches.

I would guess the watch to be from the 1940s.

I'm afraid I don't recognize the movement. A lot of movement's from this era require photos of the setting works under the dial and an accurate diameter (sometimes also thickness).

PS - looks like the screw holding the ratchet wheel (the big solver gear) has lost it's head

    Looks a little like a Felsa 350:

...although it's difficult to tell from this angle. What size is the movement? It ought to be small (8.5''', equivalent to about 19mm). Since the watch has no shockproofing and the centre wheel isn't jewelled, it ought to be before ca. 1955, most likely 1945-55.
