    I believe I spoke too soon. The innards look similar. It could be a lesser model od dames it seems that the font of the title is the same as well.

    The "Damas" trademark was registered in the U.S. to "Tramelan Watch Co., Beguelin & Co., S.A., Manufacture des Montres "Damas"., Tramelan-Dessus, Switzerland" in 1947, with usage claimed since 1944. That would match the design and the shockproofing.
