    eBay late April Fool`s ??

Whilst scouring for something decent on eBay
I nearly choked on my G+T in the garden when I came across these:

Man found dead after being stabbed by his dive watch ??
LOUIS ROSSEL AQUASCOPE VIBRATOR MENS DIVERS ALARM WATCH 1970,s 40mm | eBay

Buren tribute to the late Chairman Mao !
Platinum,Diamonds&Enamel Buren Chronometer Watch, awarded by Chinese Chairman Mao | eBay

I know there are some gullible souls out there, and we`ve all probably made a few boo boo`s but there is a limit.
    More such nonsense welcomed.

I don't think it's actually a 'dive watch.' Think the seller is misinformed, don't you? Just because Rossel called it an Aquascope, didn't mean they thought someone should go sub-aqua.

I'd pity for the one who'd actually pay 40 grand for this Buren...

    Indeed:
Telescope: Look at a thing far away, but don't touch it.
Microscope: Look at a tiniy thing, but don't touch it.
Aquascope: Look at water, but don't touch it.

It's a time traveler! The picture on the back is based on the official painting that hangs in Tiananmen Square. However, that particular version wasn't painted until 1963..
