Elgin movement grade in a Taco...

I have no idea what the Taco brand was, but I was surprised to find an Elgin 327 17 jewel movement inside it. Can anyone tell me if the chart (linked here https://www.elgin.watch/enwco/elgin-movement-grades/ ) tells me what year the movement was made. Certainly not 1904. Is that "96" referencing 1996? I suspect an older movement was cased in this mysterious Taco. I don't think Taco is an Elgin brand, or is it? Any information or guesses would be appreciated.

This is not an Elgin 327 grade movement in the context of early 20th century pocket watch movements. It is an FHF 96 or something similar, that Elgin used in its later years (e.g. 1960s).

You get some interesting hits when you google "taco watch".

i see, my list of Elgin grades is just for pocket watches. Makes sense. Thank you. 1960s seems right. Salsa was not such a big thing back then on a Taco
