False Omega Olympic Chronowatch ebay promotion

A nice 1970+ commercial uncommon split second chrono is not the 1932 Olympic version as described. Unlike that one it is without minute dial, not a precision movement and not 1/10 sec. resolution. A good example of ebay expert promotion without regard for the facts. Have advised. Refused to correct. ebay 180503627969 This is however an interesting item. Have seen many of the Olympics but not this cheap one. Has Omega tough environment box and is probably not fake?

In 2 days sucker bidding has gone past $1000. that major auction houses get only $475 to about $1000 for. The commercial actual Olympic model goes for about $2500. I just got one for $1400. How to prevent this fraud from disappointing the high bidder? Perhaps listing mine at excessive buy it now price showing how it compares? The seller responds to my messages with; buyer beware. ebay unresponsive to me about this 100% Rollex dealer. This is a now good ebay opportunity for seller of a real Olympic.

It's best not to worry about people being ripped on ebay, it really
is a case of buyer beware. The sellers are not always experts
and their descriptions can sometimes be totaly misleading and
    sometimes dishonest.

As far as buying from Ebay is concerned, it is up to the buyer to
do his homework and know exactly what it is he is buying, especially when buying
rare and valuable watches such as these.... knowledge is power.
