Felca crystal replacement - square with date window

    Hi all
I just picked up a very nice stainless Felca gents auto, tank-shaped. Anyone know where crystals for such a watch may be found?

(I'd post a pic, but the watch and I are on opposite sides of an ocean...)

    Regards

    Rodney

Watchmakers usually order these by size. julesborel or ofrei would be my starting points.

A watchmaker should know where to order. Here in Germany it would be FLUME but they don´t sell right to the customers.

    Hello

Did you find such a crystal for your watch?

Here is my little Felca that has an ETA 2452 25 jewel and runs like a charm. As part of the clean up I want to fit a new crystal. I am sure Otto Frei actually has one, but where? The trick here is that the crystal sits on a seal and the case is sealed exactly as a Zenith Respirator is sealed.

The case upon which the crystal would sit is 29mm, but the crystal is actually 28.5mm (which is the result of shrinkage I guess). The crystal needs to be curved as there is a curve in the shape of the watch (kind of like a curvex I guess).

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you can post a picture, and give me a measurement on width and length, I can send you the crystal by mail. I have crystals in stock more than some of the supply house, from a dozen retired watchmakers in the past 25 years, plus my own 25 years collections.

Thanks Genway - we can pick this up with an email I sent you regarding my Longines. I will get the measurements over the weekend.

    Thanks once again
