    Re: Felicia watch

Welcome to Watchuseek and Merry Christmas! You've got a fairly standard ladies' watch from the post-war era (style wise, it looks 1950s to me), probably with generic movement. The DBGM stands for "Deutsches Bundes Gebrauchs Muster", a sort of registration system or "poor man's patent system". It pertains to the bracelet which is entirely generic and was either bought separately from the watch or bought by the assembler of your watch to sell the watch with it.

As for "Felicia", this is not a company but rather a brand name. It is difficult to tell what the company was that made it since there were several companies that registered "Felicia" as a brand name, the most likely option being Sauter Freres & Cie SA (later renamed Pierpoint Watch Co.) in Biel, Switzerland (source: Mikrolisk - The horological trade mark index).
