Found Vintage Gruen Verithin Pocket Watch; Help me? Pictures!

Hey all!, I have come across a vintage gruen verithin pocket watch. It is 10k Gold filled (WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?) and what era do you think it is from? I polished it and restored it. What do you guys think? Some info on this watch and movement would be great! Is it rare and hard to come by? I think there's an engraving on the back casing. Pictures below!

It is of gold color, lighting was kinda off, making it look silver.

It looks to be one of the last Veri-Thin model from the late 1930's or early 1940s.

You could say that this was the most basic and cheapest version of the Veri-Thin series. There was a 17 jewel version of you watch sold at the same time.

I love this Gruen very thin. It's made for several years and the movements are very nice in good qualiy. As far as we found out "conoruma" is the metal of the spiral but we are not 100 % sure.

@Shum They start with the very thin serie around 1920 and they where quite expensive at this time with a prize of round about 25 Dollars. Which charakteristics make you sure that this is from the late 1930 / early 1940 aera? I'm always interested in such thinks.

    Kind regards Silke

    The movement should be a Gruen Cal. 381 (if 16.75''', i.e. 38mm diameter) or a Cal. 386 (if 17.5''' or 39.5mm diameter):

THanks to Jack Woods great Wadsworth case dating article, published in NAWCC,
The G1XXXXX on the case back would give it a date of 1941.
One can assume that this is the date, the piece was put together.

The dial looks like other models that have been dated to the late 30's and in 1930 they started to put in a hyphen (-) so VeriThin became Veri-Thin but as always dating Gruens is hard at the best of times.
