Is this a hallmark from James Walker ? ( Case maker, Albert Street, Coventry)

Or can it be James Widmer, Case maker, Holborn Viaduct, London. Or is it someone else?
I would like to buy this but do not know anything about silver dial watches :)

London, Sterling, 1863 based upon Gothic "h"

JW should be the sponsor name.

Can't see the hallmark bottom left clearly enough.

    Can we see the movement?

I have a similar ladies PW that looks like this one, mid 1800's.

I'm pretty new to this, so others will know more and their information may be different.

you're right, it's James Walker but in December 1855 moves in Earlsdon Terrace Coventry. Widmer James used the same trademark but 15 years after.
The silver dial at first were imported from Switzerland and later also built in UK.

Yeah, that makers mark looks like James Walker to me.

Just to expand upon what hyperhad said; the lion shows its sterling silver. The next one isn't clear, but looks most like the lion head for London. And lastly there is the lower case h for the date, which for London would correspond to 1863.
So then, looking through the list of makers marks, there are a few with a J.W, but for a date of 1863 that would be James Walker, a case maker etc. as you said. Whereas the others all registered it for use later, such as James Widmer was not until 1878, so it can't have been any of them.

    Hope this helps.
