    Question Hamilton cld?

    i have seen "cld" on dials of hamilton watches, can someone be so kind as to tell me what the "cld" stands for and its significance

    Or, I suppose, its phonetically better:

    SLD = ess-ell-dee

    CLD = see-ell-dee

    well i did think that, but also wondered if it was a trade mark issue
