    Helbros odd style w.w.

Gruen had 1500+ case varieties using Swiss movements; Helbros probably had more. A very flashy Helbros with good 17j mvt. was very hard to photograph its brilliant rose gold color case and deluxe band with blue, red, yellow gold numbers dial. Case and band are good rose gold match although not appearing so in photos. 1/20 12k g.f. A strange one. The band is very comfortable with spring loaded latch and tiny links. Unfamiliar name. Maybe 1950?

Egads! Variety was much more common in the past.... of course, we all knew that! LOL

Nice piece. Do you polish yours?

Not often as you see. Gold fill not worn through anywhere so a little careful surface work could enhance the bling. Still do not know for sure Regency name on Helbros dials is better quality indicator.

Couple of neat pieces from another underappreciated vintage brand.
