Is this an existential question? Yes, it appears to be real in someone's space-time continuum.

Impossible to tell from your photographs, is the short answer. Fortis didn't make their own movements, so it wouldn't necessarily be engraved as such. There may a number under the balance wheel (under the coiled spring on the left of your picture) and that number would be the calibre number. From that, you could look up to see who made the movement. And so on… a modest watch with an (no doubt) Indian re-dial. Fortis was big in India and these are all over eBay for modest prices… and from eBay they may move into your local market, too, of course.

I guess u got it from India. it will be original. it with a dial repaired by child labour and the movement will full to pieces in a few weeks stating with the crown falling off.

The answer is, as someone already pointed out, that it is impossible to tell with certainty. However, we can guess. The movement looks very much like a Fontainemelon Cal. FHF 96 or something from that movement family:

    bidfun-db Archiv: Uhrwerke: FHF 96

...which, as you have observed, is frequently found in watches from India for some reason or other. The trouble is that Fortis mainly (or even exclusively?) used Adolf Schild and ETA movements at that time. The bottom line regarding an answer to your question about authenticity is therefore: I doubt it.
