The head is the Swiss 'Helvetia', a control marking for 18k gold. The key marking is a so called 'Poinçon de maître collectif', giving information about the manufacturer of the watch case: #2 = F. Baumgartner SA, Geneva.
The movement is a Cortebert 650: bidfun-db Archive: Watch Movements: Cortebert 650
