All I can say is that it is probably late 19th century and of uncertain quality. On the one hand, I can only see three wheels which suggests that the fourth item hiding away is not a lever but the escapement wheel, which would mean that it is a cylindre escapement watch. On the other hand, it has at least full calender and moonphase functions, if not even an annual or perpetual calender, which makes it high class. Is there a name on the movement or dial? I can't see anything - the photos have a fair amount of glare which makes it difficult to see anything.

there is nothing on the movement or dial to suggest a manufacturer. there is an imprint on the back panel that says "acier gamant am" which im pretty sure just means that its a steel or gunmetal watch but nothing that would suggest an identification
