That will just be the strap, not the movement or the case.
sorry pics are not good enough to see, or date the assay mark

All I can make out is that it's a London import mark, and the sponsors mark is George Stockwell.
i can not make out the assay mark.
    what is the letter?

The 'u' is an import hallmark for London, and the 'i' refers to the year 1904/5. The GS makers mark belongs to George Stockwell who was known for importing swiss movements into the UK around this time.

Edit: HOROLOGIST007 beat me to the mark- need to learn to touch type.

There's also a 9.375 gold hallmark on the watch case, albiet fairly worn down.

not allowed to give valuation on the forum but i recently saw a similar looking (almost identical) Borgel trench watch in 9ct rose gold on ebay. The auction should still be ongoing and you can search for it on ebay and it will give you a rough estimate.

The style of the watch does not support a 1904 date. I would suggest that 1924 would be a better date. I say this without having a clear view of the hallmark on my phone.
