    Hi,

    WOW magnificient piece :)
It's a minute repeater. These go for a premium especially if it's fully working and Your's is solid gold too and in a perfect condition
Try ebay's "Sold" listings for a cost: "pocket repeater"

Re: Help to identify pocket watch

As the caseback inscription states, this watch has been made by LePhare- which was known for making movements with complications like the minute repeater.
This, as a combination of a chronograph and minute repeater is a great piece. I believe we have said it quite a lot of times, that we do not provide valuations.

There's not a lot left to say that hasn't been said-it's a chronograph/minute repeater and the 14K case is in superb condition.

the number 56 is the Russian hallmark for the gold ,content equivalent to 14 K

<<The Russian standard for silver was based on ' zolotnik '. The name comes from 'zoloto' meaning gold. The unit originated as the weight of a gold coin of the same name which circulated as late as 11th century in Kievan Rus. Originally, a zolotnik represented a 1/96 of a pound, later 1/72 of a pound. In the metric system, one zolotnik equals 4,266 grams, 96 zolotniks equal one Russian pound.>>

Re: Help to identify pocket watch

The patent referenced on the movement was filed in 1896, so the watch was made after that. Such patents normally become outdated and cease to be referenced after a decade or so, and I think cease to be valid (unless extended) after 20 years, so that would be the timeframe that this watch was made.
